| My nephew is back and he is uber-cute! He can crawl now and can stand up while holding something. How time flies..
And the weirdest thing is, he laughs when i snort at him. So i snort and snort and snort, but then my nose starts feeling weird and i end up coughing a lot. Sacrifices made in order to make a baby smile.
Also, he is no typical baby. He has a lot of toys, but when chosen to play with something, he choses a piece of string on his toy or a box of a video casette or the remote controller.

| I'm trapped in the whole "work cycle" routine, so i guess what the topic of my blog is? workkkk.. hahaha. So anywayz, interesting thing happened at work. I was stocking medications on one of the hospital floors when a nurse passes by me and suddenly says..
"DAMN, YOU SMELL GOOOOD!"
Me: *pauses and turns my head* "uhhh........... thanks?"
Nurse: "oh no, i'm not hitting on you or anything. I just want to know why u smell so good"
So basically, i was just kinda taken back by the reaction, haha. She said she wanted the same cologne for her son (she was old). But yah, i smell good! woohoo! although i dunno if my smell should be catering to the 40 year old demographic.

| As i have predicted, i am already yearning for the weekend to arrive after only working for 3 days. It'll be the first break i get since exams (me and jo have been toughing it out, no breaks for us between school and work). But don't get me wrong, i like work and i still feel lucky to be where i am at. It's just the work i am doing right now is pretty boring.. it's called "stock ward". So basically, i spend the whole day going to different departments in the hospital and seeing what medications they are low on and then filling them. But some areas are like little pharmacies, so imagine going thru checking/counting/filling medications over and over and over and over again. Seriously, it's brain-dead work.
Oh how i am looking for the weekend. Drinking, the Docks, drinking, the bbq, drinking, and movies/shopping. Going to be fun!!
| I need to study, so short blog (not like my blogs are long anyway). So two title implications.
1) Happy Anniversary! (1 month of being with me is definately a priviledge.. hahaha.. oh yes, i am one cocky bastard)
2) Last exam! WOO!!!!!!
| So for my upcoming summer job at the hospital, i've been bombarded by a lot of adminstrative work. I've had to basically run around to get all my documentation and health tests done. Had to go to one hospital to get my bloodwork done. Had to go to another hospital to get my paperwork done. And i had to go to my family doctor to fill out some immunization records. So annoying.. but through it all, i actually had a pretty good conversation with my family doctor. This is basically how it went.
Doctor: "So you're in pharmacy right?"
Me: "Yup"
Doctor: "Why are you working in a hospital? They're such dirty places to work at"
Me: "I know, diseases and stuff right? I might get SARS or something"
Doctor: "Yah, exactly"
Me: "It's okay, i'll just come see you after"
Doctor: *silence*
Me: "Hahahahahaha" | | |
